This phrase was first received in 1999 as message from the Brotherhood for the foundation statement of the Temple. It is a very special phrase containing layered meanings for the Initiate, but which literally translates to "In the name Babalon, and the Voice of the Holy Whore". The phrase can be found upon the seal of Templum Babalonis. The initial letters of the phrase, I.N.B.V.S.M. equal 93 by Gematria. Since releasing this phrase in 2000, many people now use it.
