This term has nothing to do with modern connotations of Aryans in a racial sense, although most of the Aryans were indeed of European descent. The Aryans were originally the children of the Storm Gods who ruled the many empires of the Aeon of Aries, from which they get their name. They brought broad-scale war and empire to the world, while repressing the earlier Goddess cultures and relegating women to a life of slavery. They are the authors of a large part of the Degeneration, and tried to suppress the cults of the Great Liberating Mother wherever they could.
